  • Cooling tanks are used to reduce milk at or below 30° to 4°.
  • Cooling is provided as gas cooled with an evaporator placed on the bottom and/or side walls.
  • The cooling group is connected to the tank.
  • A mixer was used to prevent icing and for homogeneous temperature.
  • The degree to which the milk is desired to be cooled is adjusted from the control panel.
  • According to the need, the cooling groups are activated and stop when the desired temperature is reached.
  • Automatic washing system and loadcell weighing group can be installed optionally.
