  • As Hinox Machinery, we produces milk, juice and honey pasteurizers.
  • Milk Pasteurization is achieved by the collision of water and steam in the plate heat exchanger, and it is circulated in the heat exchanger with a circulation pump.
  • Milk exchanger can have 3, 4 or 5 compartments according to its function. Energy saving is achieved by colliding the cold milk coming to the plate pasteurizer with the pasteurized milk in the regeneration section.
  • Energy savings of 40-60% are achieved depending on the product outlet temperature and product inlet temperature.
  • The product outlet temperature and pasteurization temperature are automatically realized according to the temperature values entered with the PLC program.
  • A CIP program is installed for the washing and hygiene of the pasteurizer.
  • A 3-way valve was used for the holding time. Proportional steam valves and temperature sensors are used for temperature control.
  • Product orientations were carried out with the help of actuator valves.
  • Homogenization and separation inlets and outlets are performed automatically by valves with electro-pneumatic actuators.
