  • Two artiffcial spirals are placed in the machine to mix the product.
  • Melted salts are added to the product mixed with spirals.
  • Steam jacket (indirect) and steam injection are installed for cook the cheese.
  • Prepared cheese curd is unloaded from the top cover in a weighed manner using the loadcell weighing system mounted on the machine feet.
  • The cover pneumatic cylinders and foot valve are controlled by electric valves and managed from the touch screen on the machine.
  • The amount of product loaded into the machine is displayed on the screen and processed according to the entered temperature values.
